I’ve noticed in the past how they scrutinise the crowd throughout the match, and when trouble starts brewing they are all over it. This week a fight broke out which would have easily escalated had it not been for your team shutting it down almost straight away."

Myself and my family would like to personally thank all of you who were involved directly or in directly with assisting my son, Luke.
We are so grateful that there were trained staff who responded so quickly & professionally & took control of the situation & did all the correct things, we appreciate the organisation, preparation & safety measures that goes into these events.
Luke is now at home & making a full recovery.
Just to give you some background on Luke – Luke is 20 years old, from Rainham Kent, he is training to be a Heating Engineer & is very nearly qualified. He has recently passed his driving test & is enjoying his first car. Luke loves life and attends a lot of events similar to this one, he is a huge Stone Roses fan.

Yesterday’s Bride and Groom came into the office this morning and wanted us to pass on their thanks to the female evening security staff who worked last night. They said she was amazing, everything they asked for she had sorted, she went above and beyond.
I think it was Michelle last night (however the days are just rolling into one!) could you pass on the good feedback to her for me.

Apart from OneMaidstone, I am the coordinator for Maidstone Street Pastors. On Saturday night we use the MaidSafe radio like everyone else.
Last Saturday 6th November, Jay was really helpful on the radio with a number of incidents, particularly with what we think was the attack on the police officer.

Just wanted to pass on some positive feedback regarding your stewards on Saturday.
My eldest son, Bill was taken aside at the end of the match as he was under suspicion of throwing coins. We had become a little separated at this point, so he was well on his way to the control room by the time I got down to the side of the pitch from the new stand. I spoke to the steward who had dealt with him, bald gent, and he very calmly advised me that some lads had been throwing coins, and they were going to examine some pictures to see if Bill was involved or just caught up because he was standing near them. I asked if I could go up with him, and was duly accompanied up.
Within a very short time, Bill was cleared of blame and allowed to go, I believe you had at least one of the culprits up there.
Just wanted to say, as an anxious parent your staff were very calming and professional and kept me at ease throughout. Bill was also treated with respect, and was well treated throughout. To be honest, he looks the type that might cause trouble, and it’s great that your staff didn’t treat him like a troublemaker.
It’s also reassuring that eyes are on us, and that bad behaviour is being jumped upon when spotted.
Please pass my thanks to your stewards, I’ll make a point of thanking the one who dealt with me on Saturday.
